We really enjoyed our rainforest animal hunt around our school. We have been exploring animals that live in the different layers of the rainforest. We started searching for pictures of animals that are found in the emergent layer, the canopy layer, the understory layer and the forest floor. We loved wearing our rainforest hats and binoculars that we made in class for our animal hunt. On our journey we sang our class song 'Layers of the rainforest'. After our animal hunt we found our rainforest snack bags on the forest floor, we took them back to class for a well deserved snack.
