J3 love the story of the Gruffalo. As part of our environmental visit we decided to be like the little mouse in the story and 'take a stroll through a deep dark wood'. We didn't find the Fox, Snake, Owl or Gruffalo but we were delighted to find beautiful bluebells. Portglenone forest was carpeted in blue and we loved all the sights, smells and sounds on our adventure.
