As part of our Topic our final Habitat was the Amazon Rainforest. The pupils were learning all about the animals that live in the Rainforest, the Layers and the weather.
In small groups the pupils were able to measure water in differentiated water gauges. We came back together and recorded our results on the Interactive Whiteboard. We extended this activity by creating a rain gauge which was put outside our classroom and each morning during circle time the pupils went out as a group to check if the water levels had changed and recorded this on our board.
