Through our topic; ‘Me and My World,’ J1 had lots of opportunities to find out about themselves, their families and used their five senses to explore and experience living things within the environment. They enjoyed visits to Pole Patrick and Mrs McKeever’s apple orchard to pick apples. The pupils were able to use the apples in class to develop their sorting skills and also to make prints in class.
