As part of our Reduce, Re-use and Recycle topic S6 have used old plant pots/yogurt pots to make bird feeders. Students explored the properties of the lard and bird seed and used adjectives to describe how it smelt and felt. This activity prompted our students independent skills and their ability to follow instructions.
When completed we placed the bird feeders around our wonderful sensory garden.
