As we move forward on our journey to achieving our Silver Award for Rights Respecting Schools, our focus group have been making great progress. We have called ourselves "RIGHTS REPS" and have been busy making sure everyone in school learns about the UNCRC. We have put up posters with symbols on displays around school so everyone in school knows how children's rights are part of everything we do here in Kilronan. We have been on patrol round school to make sure every class has their charters in place, which is an agreement between adults and children about what we all need to do to make sure all pupils can learn and develop in a safe way which keeps us all happy! We have also been promoting the rights of other children around the World who do not have all their rights, and have ensured we support charities who help children access their rights.
