S8 tested their engineering skills this week by designing a boat that would float. They were given a variety of materials to use and had to problem solve to think if the materials would float or sink. Once they had engineered their boat, they put their design to test by setting it a sail.
Some of our boats capsized, as a team we problem solved together to think how we might change the design to make our boats float.
