We live in a world which is so fast, bright and busy and school is a busy place too. Sometimes we just like to take time out to relax and get in touch with our senses, through the use a variety of sensory resources. One of the class favourites is the light board. When the class lights are off, this is very effective and helps pupils to focus more. Different lessons can be presented in this sensory way and many of the pupils enjoy feeling the different textures whilst exploring words, letters, numbers and shapes.
