As the new school term begins, S1 pupils have embraced the senior school curriculum and enjoyed their busy first week back. Pupils have engaged with familiar resources such as Numicon and participated in sensory activities such as rolling on a Peanut Ball. Science has proven to be very popular. All pupils embraced the investigation of Eggs and Apples. Personal Development skills have been encouraged every day. As a group S1 made a 'Friendship Salad', with fruit pieces representing appropriate areas of friendship. S1 pupils display positive peer interaction, demonstrating skills such as good listening and kind words. A wonderful group of pupils, looking forward to a happy year!
