S7 have been learning about measurement. Today they used kitchen weighing scales to measure a variety of ingredients in grams to make ‘witches broth’. Pupils worked in pairs to read the recipe, find the ingredients and measure the ingredients correctly. To measure liquid they used measuring jugs and measured the liquid in millilitres. Some fantastic and yummy ‘witches broths’ were created.
