J10 have been busy getting ready for Halloween by making wizard hats and cooking chocolate bark. We enjoyed painting the wizard hats and adding feathers, glitter and jewels to them. When making the chocolate bark we developed our learning skills by melting the chocolate using the microwave, stirring the melted chocolate and then adding sweets such as rainbow drops, smarties and pretzels. We put the chocolate into the fridge to set and enjoyed looking at the change of state from melted chocolate to hard chocolate. It tasted delicious.
